Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

Short version: futlab does not collect, store, sell, or transmit any personal data. The extension runs entirely in your browser and talks only to EA’s own servers, using the session you are already logged into. We operate no servers that receive your data.

What data the extension handles, and where it stays

To do its job, futlab reads and caches information from the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team web app — your club players, squads, and the app’s session token — and your extension settings. All of this is stored locally in your browser (via Chrome’s storage.local) on your own device. It is never sent to us or to any third party.

Network requests

futlab only communicates with EA’s own web-app endpoints on www.ea.com, using your existing logged-in session — the same requests the official web app makes. It does not send your data anywhere else. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts in the extension.

What we do not do

Permissions

Aggregate install statistics

Like every published extension, the Chrome Web Store shows the developer anonymous, aggregate figures such as total installs and weekly active users. These are provided by Google, are not linked to you individually, and are not collected by futlab.

Children

futlab is a utility for an existing game’s companion app and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change and the revised policy will be posted on this page.
